AACE Med Spa's homepage — multiple sections contain lorem ipsum placeholder text: 'Morem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur...', 'Gorem ipsum dolor sit amet...', 'Horem ipsum dolor sit amet...', and 'Your Paragraph text goes Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...' These are all live on the production site, visible to every visitor.

▲ Fake New York address and placeholder contact info in the footer — live at aacemedspa.com for every visitor to see.

AACE Med Spa's footer — a leftover template block lists a completely different business: '291 Broadway, New York, NY 10007', phone '(888) 2345-6789', and email 'client@email.com'. None of this is AACE's information. Patients looking up contact info find a fake New York address.

The AACE website has two separate smoking guns, both live right now. The homepage contains multiple sections of lorem ipsum placeholder text — “Morem ipsum dolor sit amet,” “Gorem ipsum,” “Horem ipsum,” “Your Paragraph text goes Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…” — scattered across the page. And the footer contains a completely different business's contact information: a fake New York address, a fake phone number, and a fake email reading “client@email.com,” all under “Copyright © 2022 Venus MD.” None of it is AACE. All of it is visible to every patient who visits the site.

The Practice

The Advanced Anti-Aging Center of Excellence is an Evansville medical spa with 298 Google reviews and a 4.9-star rating — one of the highest-rated practices in any category in the region. The results are clearly real. Patients are getting outcomes they care enough about to leave 298 five-star reviews.

The contact email for the practice is irina222@hotmail.com — a personal Hotmail address. Combined with the lorem ipsum and the fake footer, the AACE website has what may be the highest concentration of credibility-destroying website problems of any practice in Evansville. The contrast between the clinical reputation and the website is striking.

What We Found

Multiple lorem ipsum sections on the homepage, a leftover template footer with a fake New York business identity, and a personal Hotmail contact address.

Lorem Ipsum — Four Separate Sections, All Live

The homepage currently contains these verbatim, across multiple content sections:

“Morem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur…”

“Gorem ipsum dolor sit amet…”

“Horem ipsum dolor sit amet…”

“Your Paragraph text goes Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…”

These are GoHighLevel/LeadConnector template placeholder sections that were never populated with actual content before the site launched. They sit between sections that do have real content, creating an unmistakable patchwork of finished and unfinished sections across the page.

The Fake New York Footer

The site footer contains a leftover template block from the platform's demo content. It reads:

291 Broadway

New York, NY 10007

(888) 2345-6789

client@email.com

Copyright © 2022 Venus MD

None of this is AACE. 291 Broadway is a real Manhattan office building. (888) 2345-6789 is not a real phone number. “Venus MD” is a completely different business. A patient scrolling to the footer to find the Evansville address instead finds a fake New York address for a business that isn't AACE — a deeply confusing experience that undermines confidence at the exact moment a patient is looking for contact information.

The Hotmail Contact: irina222@hotmail.com

The practice contact is a personal Hotmail address — a webmail platform last considered cutting-edge in 1997. For a 4.9-star medical spa in 2026, a Hotmail contact address sends a signal about digital infrastructure that doesn't match the clinical reputation. A patient who just read lorem ipsum and a fake New York address, then sees irina222@hotmail.com in the contact section, has received three consecutive credibility failures.

What We Built

Pitchcraft built a spec redesign that reflects what AACE actually is: the highest-rated med spa in Evansville, with 298 reviews to prove it. No placeholders. No fake addresses. No Hotmail.

Real Content in Every Section

Every content section filled with actual copy about AACE's services, team, and approach. Zero lorem ipsum. Each section does the work of answering the question a prospective patient has when they reach that part of the page — not a filler paragraph that looks unfinished.

298 Reviews and 4.9 Stars as the Lead Story

A 4.9-star rating from nearly 300 patients is exceptional. The spec redesign opens with it — above the fold, impossible to miss. The reviews are the most powerful trust signal AACE has. The redesign makes sure they're the first thing a visitor sees.

A Footer With the Right Business on It

The Evansville address, the correct phone number, a domain email (info@aacemedspot.com or equivalent), and no reference to New York, Venus MD, or any other placeholder entity. A footer that a patient can use to find and contact the actual practice.

Professional Contact Infrastructure

Domain email, embedded consultation booking form, and a click-to-call button. No Hotmail. Every contact path reflects the clinical professionalism of a practice with a 4.9 average across 298 reviews.

Spec Redesign Deliverables

  • All lorem ipsum sections replaced with real AACE content
  • Footer rebuilt with correct Evansville contact information — no Venus MD, no NY address
  • Domain email replacing Hotmail in all contact sections
  • 298 reviews / 4.9 stars displayed above the fold as the primary trust signal
  • Consultation booking form with confirmed delivery to the practice inbox

The Opportunity

The Advanced Anti-Aging Center of Excellence has a 4.9-star rating from 298 patients. That is a rare achievement in any service business. The clinical results are real, the patient satisfaction is documented, and the practice clearly knows how to deliver.

The website communicates none of that. A potential client researching med spas in Evansville lands on the AACE site and encounters lorem ipsum, a fake New York footer, and a Hotmail contact address before they ever learn about the 4.9 rating. That's a compounding credibility problem — three separate signals that the website wasn't finished, and none of the signals that the practice has nearly 300 five-star reviews.

The gap between the clinical reputation and the online presence is the widest of any practice in this batch. That's what makes it the biggest opportunity. A site that matches the practice means significantly more of those Google searches end in a booked consultation — not a bounce.
