▲ Every "Book Now" click routes Louisville med spa patients to a Denver yoga studio. 187 reviews, 4.6 stars — the booking button sends them somewhere else.

Glow Med Spa Louisville's navigation and CTAs — the 'Book Now' button on every page links to a Mindbody Online portal belonging to a Denver yoga studio. The Mindbody Business ID was never updated from the placeholder. Every patient who tries to book a Botox appointment ends up on a yoga class schedule in Colorado.

The “Book Now” button on glowmedspaky.com appears in the navigation header and in multiple CTAs across every page. It links to a Mindbody Online scheduling portal — the same booking software used by thousands of wellness businesses. The problem is that this particular portal belongs to a yoga studio in Denver, Colorado. A Louisville patient trying to book a Botox appointment lands on a class schedule for hot yoga in another state. Every motivated visitor who tries to book hits this wall and disappears.

The Practice

Glow Med Spa has been serving Louisville since 2017. Nine years, 187 Google reviews, and a 4.6-star rating. The menu covers the full spectrum of aesthetic medicine: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, IPL photofacial, HydraFacial, microneedling, and laser hair removal. The kind of practice that earns loyal patients through consistent results.

The clinical reputation is real. The booking button routes to Denver. Every patient who finds Glow Med Spa on Google, Instagram, or from a friend's referral and tries to book online encounters a yoga studio's class schedule. The disconnect is invisible to the practice — they never know how many motivated prospects walked away quietly.

What We Found

A broken booking integration sitting at the center of every conversion path on the site.

The Wrong Mindbody Business ID

Mindbody Online uses a unique Business ID for each client to route booking traffic to the correct portal. The “Book Now” button on glowmedspaky.com contains a hardcoded Business ID that belongs to a different business — a yoga studio in Denver, Colorado. The booking link was likely set using a placeholder during site development and never updated with Glow Med Spa's actual Mindbody account credentials.

A visitor who clicks “Book Now” sees a Mindbody scheduling interface that shows classes, instructors, and time slots for a studio that has nothing to do with Louisville aesthetics. The interface doesn't say “wrong page.” It just looks like Glow Med Spa's booking page — for a yoga studio.

Every Conversion Path Leads Here

The broken link appears in the site header, on the homepage hero, on the services pages, and in the contact section footer. There is no alternative booking path, no phone number visible without scrolling, no contact form as a fallback. The “Book Now” button is the primary — and often only — conversion mechanism available to a motivated visitor. A patient who arrives on the site ready to book a consultation has one path, and that path ends in Denver.

Invisible Loss — The Practice Never Sees It

Patients who encounter a broken booking flow rarely complain. They don't send an email saying “your booking button is broken.” They close the tab and try another spa. The conversion failure is invisible on the practice's end — the Google Analytics session shows a page view and then a departure. What it doesn't show is that the visitor was ready to book and couldn't. Nine years of reputation-building is generating traffic that the site is silently discarding.

What We'd Build

A site where every “Book Now” click goes to Glow Med Spa's own booking portal — not a yoga studio in another state.

A Booking System That Works

Correct Mindbody Business ID connected, tested, and confirmed routing to Glow Med Spa's actual appointment calendar. Every “Book Now” button on every page goes exactly where it says it goes.

187 Reviews Leading the Story

A 4.6-star rating from 187 patients is strong social proof for a Louisville med spa. The spec redesign features a live Google reviews feed above the fold — not buried at the bottom. Patients researching options should see 187 satisfied clients before they see anything else.

Multiple Contact Paths

Click-to-call phone number visible in the header. Booking button with correct portal link. Contact form as a fallback for patients who prefer email. No motivated visitor should hit a dead end regardless of how they prefer to reach out.

Service Pages That Convert

Individual service pages for Botox, fillers, HydraFacial, IPL, and microneedling — each with a direct booking CTA. Patients searching for a specific treatment should land on a page about that treatment with a direct path to scheduling.

Spec Redesign Deliverables

  • Booking integration corrected — all “Book Now” buttons route to Glow Med Spa's own portal
  • 187 Google reviews displayed above the fold as the primary trust signal
  • Click-to-call phone number visible in header — no scrolling required to find contact
  • Individual service pages for all treatments with direct booking CTAs
  • Mobile-first layout — every booking path works correctly on every device

The Opportunity

Glow Med Spa has spent nine years building a 4.6-star reputation in Louisville. Google, Instagram, and word-of-mouth are all sending motivated patients to the website. The website is sending them to Denver.

The gap between the clinical reputation and the booking experience is not a strategy failure — it's a single misconfigured Business ID that has been quietly costing the practice booked appointments since launch. Every month the wrong link stays in place is another month of traffic that pays for itself in reputation and advertising but doesn't convert.

A booking button that actually books Glow Med Spa appointments is the minimum viable fix. The spec redesign builds on that foundation with a site that matches the clinical quality the practice has already proven.
