Every photo on drrenaker.com is hosted at static.dentalwebservices.net/members/common/stock-responsive/ — the same stock image library shared by hundreds of other dental practices across the country. These are not photos of Dr. Renaker's office, her patients, or her team. They're template defaults.

The photos on drrenaker.com are hosted at static.dentalwebservices.net/members/common/stock-responsive/ — the same images used by hundreds of other dental practices in cities across the country.

The Business

Dr. Jessica Renaker's story is specific. She grew up in Morganfield, Kentucky. She earned her DMD from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2010. She practiced in Morganfield and Evansville before choosing Henderson, Kentucky — a small river city across from Evansville — as the place to plant her practice in 2017.

She participates in the SPEAR study club and the Select Study Club, where regional dentists meet regularly to stay current on technique and technology. She belongs to the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Her office manager has been there since near the beginning. Her hygienists have families and histories and have built relationships with patients over years.

None of that is on her website.

The Problem

Here's what we found when we audited drrenaker.com:

The Template That Belongs to Everyone

The site is built on the DentalWebServices.net template platform — a widely used dental industry web builder that provides ready-made sites for thousands of practices. The photos are not photos of Dr. Renaker's office, her patients, or her team. They are stock images hosted at static.dentalwebservices.net/members/common/stock-responsive/ — the same images used by hundreds of other dental practices on the same template, in cities across the country.

A patient in Henderson who has been comparing dental offices can land on drrenaker.com, then click to another practice on the same platform, and recognize the photos. The same smiling couple in the waiting room. The same dental tools laid out on the same tray. For a patient making a trust-based decision about who to let work in their mouth, stock photography is a quiet signal: this dentist didn't think it was worth showing you who she actually is.

The Doctor Without a Homepage Face

On the homepage, there is no photo of Dr. Renaker.

On the Meet Our Team page, there is a genuine photo — Dr. Renaker in scrubs, professional and approachable. But the homepage, where 80% of first-time visitors form their first impression, has no face attached to the practice. Patients see a stock image of a smiling couple. They do not see the person who will be holding their X-rays. Research on patient decision-making in healthcare is consistent: patients who can see the provider's face are significantly more likely to book. The photo is already on the site — it's just buried three clicks deep.

No Address on the Website

The site contains no street address. A new patient who wants to verify the practice is real, check how far the drive is, or confirm the location before booking has to call the office to get that information. This suppresses local search rankings — Google can't verify a business location it can't find on the website.

A Specific Story Made Generic

Dr. Renaker chose Henderson. She's from Morganfield. She went to U of L. She does continuing education through SPEAR. She belongs to the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Every one of those details is a reason a specific patient chooses her over a corporate chain or a less-invested provider. None of them are visible above the fold.

What We'd Build

Henderson has one Dr. Renaker. Her website should know that.

Real Photos — Her Office, Her Team

The stock images come down. Real photos of Dr. Renaker in her actual office, the team, the waiting room go up. Henderson, KY — not a generic stock dental office that could be anywhere in America.

Dr. Renaker's Face on the Homepage

The photo from the Meet Our Team page moves to the homepage hero. The person patients are trusting with their teeth is visible before they read the first paragraph. The specific person, in the specific office, in Henderson.

The Renaker Story — Front and Center

Morganfield to Louisville to Evansville to Henderson. A dentist who chose this town. The SPEAR continuing education, the Facial Esthetics training, the specific reasons to choose this practice over a corporate chain two miles away. All of it visible above the fold — not buried in an About page nobody reads.

The Address, on Every Page

Street address in the footer and on the contact page. Google Maps embed. The practice is real, it's in Henderson, and patients can verify it without making a phone call.

Online Appointment Booking

The phone number stays; it's joined by a booking option that works at 9 PM on a Tuesday. Patients in Henderson searching for a dentist after hours get a path forward.

Spec Redesign Deliverables

  • Stock images replaced with real photos of Dr. Renaker's office and team
  • Dr. Renaker's photo moved to homepage hero — visible to every first-time visitor
  • Her specific story — background, training, why Henderson — on the homepage and About page
  • Street address and Maps embed on every page — local SEO and patient trust
  • Online booking integrated — appointment requests available 24/7

The Opportunity

Dr. Renaker has built a practice with a specific story, specific credentials, and a specific reason to choose her over the corporate chain down the road. The website currently offers none of that. It offers the same stock photos as hundreds of other dental offices and no photo of the dentist on the homepage.

Henderson has one Dr. Renaker. Her website should be the only one that looks like it.
